Joe came to our rescue when a roofing contractor damaged our service drop to our home. After explaining what had happened and how a larger mechanical outfit dropped the ball in helping us, he rushed out the same day and hooked our home up to an emergency generator that he brought over. He kept our home powered and safe by bringing us fuel as needed until he could get what was needed to repair the service drop. For what it's worth, the insurance company thought he was about 10% too expensive, but we believe it was worth every penny and it was probably the insurance company not wanting to pay for the full repair.
